Birthday parties at
White Rock Gymnastics are held on the following days:
Saturdays starting at 1:00 pm, 2:00
pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Sundays starting at 11:00 am,
12:00, 1:00 pm 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm
Party
1 $125 + gst 1 hour of gym only;
1 instructor;
Party 2 $150 + gst
PARTIES
ARE BASED ON 12 CHILDREN, ADDITIONAL CHILDREN ARE $10 PER CHILD
MAXIMUM OF 15 CHILDREN IN A PARTY (FOR LARGER PARTIES,
SEE THE FRONT DESK)
We will supply the following:
Plates, cutlery, napkins, cutting and serving utensils
$50
deposit is required when booking, with balance due 1 week prior with name list.
If booking by phone, deposit required within 24 hours, or space is not secure.
Parties are asked to not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to party time. This will ensure that the party
before has had their full use of the facility.
Once your party is over, we ask you to be quick in your departure, so the next group
will have their full time in our facility.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Party Format:
The party will start in the gym where the kids will be supervised and directed for their
1 hour activity time. Once the gym time is over, the children will be taken in the party area, where you, the party parent
have the space for 45 minutes to enjoy your food and drinks. In this time, you must complete all activities and be prompt
in your departure. If you plan to hand out goodie bags, please do this as the children are on their way out the door. It will
help to motivate them not lingering over your allotted time. Please also, do your best to pick up any mess made by your group.
This will minimize the amount of time the staff need to spend cleaning up and preparing for the next group. Containers are
provided for reciclable items. We really appreciate your effort.
No
food or drinks may be taken in the gym area other than water.
Gym Atire:
-Children: bare feet (please also remove jewelry, headsets and sharp objects!)
-Parents:
no shoes.
We are required for insurance reasons to provide to GBC a list with the names of the children
present at the party. Please fill up this form , print it and present it to the party staff when you arrive.
