Policies
White Rock Gymnastics is a club registered
as full member of Gymnastics B.C. (GBC). Gymnastics B.C. is a federation of clubs and affiliate members which
have the mission to promote gymnastics as a foundation for human movement and its benefits for all level of participation.
Registration and procedures:
White Rock Gymnastics program runs all year round in 2 sessions of 20 weeks each:
- September to January;
- February to June;
In the summer months (July & August) we offer summer camps and mini-sessions
for all ages.
The membership fee of $25 must be paid
at the date of registration and it is not refundable. There is a registration form that must be completed: the G.B.C. Form;
Payments of gymnastics sessions (20 weeks) may be paid in full or monthly by checks or credit card. First and last month
of tuition fees (September and January, respective February and June) are due at registration time.
One class trial
is offered before enrolling for the 20 weeks session and a drop in fee is requested ($10 for 1 hour, $15 for 1.5 hours and
$20 for 2 hours)
Cancellations and withdrawals:
Once the payment has been made and the program started, every child has a place reserved. We have
8:1 ratio for our afterschool programs and 6:1 for our preschool groups.
Full refunds are permitted
only if the child attended 2 or less classes.
If leaving the program in mid-season, one month notice is required
in order to request a partial refund for the following months not attended, with the exception of the last
month of the program.
If the child can not attend
one or more classes for medical or any other serious reasons please inform our staff. That will help you schedule make-up
classes for the missed classes with an appropiate group. Make-up classes can be scheduled at the front desk
or by phone.
